RESTRUCTURING AND INSOLVENCY
We have broad experience in restructuring and insolvency matters. We advise creditors on how to protect their interests in insolvency proceedings. Our lawyers are regularly appointed as trustees in bankruptcies, liquidators, and administrators in company reorganizations.
Insolvency legislation and market practice are different among the various Adriatic region countries. Our organization and representation in the region guarantee, however, that we are able to handle insolvency and restructuring matters effectively in all of the jurisdictions where we operate.
